All Levels Kettlebell Class – This is a mixed-level class. Movements are scaled to your ability. Students need to know the basic kettlebell swing and squat.
Kettlebell Basics – The six-week Kettlebell Basics class takes you through the basic skills of kettlebell exercise. It is perfect for people who are brand new to exercise and challenging enough for people with exercise and strength-training experience. You must sign up in advance.
Conditioning – This is an intermediate- to advanced-level class for regular members. The workout is metabolically demanding, employing longer work periods and higher volume than the all-levels classes. Students must have a good grasp of the basic movements and be able to snatch a kettlebell continuously for two minutes.
Open Gym – The barbell room is available to regular members during the Saturday morning class time.
