Announcement: The next Kettlebell Basics class begins in June. Three class times are being offered: Mondays at 6:30pm (starting June 19), Tuesdays at 10:30am (starting June 20), and Thursdays at 6:30pm (starting June 22). Each class runs for six sessions, with a week off for the July 4 holiday. Scroll to the bottom of the page and reserve your spot now!
All Levels Kettlebell Class – This is a mixed-level class. Movements are scaled to your ability. Students need to know the basic kettlebell swing and squat.
Kettlebell Basics – The six-week Kettlebell Basics class takes you through the basic skills of kettlebell exercise. It is perfect for people who are brand new to exercise and challenging enough for people with exercise and strength-training experience. You must sign up in advance.
Conditioning – This is an intermediate- to advanced-level class for regular members. The workout is metabolically demanding, employing longer work periods and higher volume than the all-levels classes. Students must have a good grasp of the basic movements and be able to snatch a kettlebell continuously for two minutes.
Open Gym – The barbell room is available to regular members during the Saturday morning class time.
Yoga – This class is taught by Kaori Kenmotsu and is appropriate for all levels. It is included in the monthly membership, although punch cards can also be used, and drop-ins are welcome. Contact me for more information!
