Our studio is located in a beautiful yellow brick warehouse in the south Saint Anthony Park neighborhood of Saint Paul. We are three blocks from the Hampden Park Co-op and walking distance from the Green Line light rail.
Our training is straightforward: kettlebell, bodyweight, and barbell movements for functional, real-life strength and fitness. You won’t find a treadmill or chest press machine here, but you will find excellent instruction and a supportive community to cheer you on toward your next goal. Our community consists of people of all ages and fitness levels who share the desire for self improvement.
If you are brand new to kettlebell training, you can start in one of two ways. We offer a six-week Kettlebell Basics class that starts January 23. This is a great way for people who are deconditioned, recovering from injury, or have time to train only once a week. If you are ready to commit to training several times a week, you will set up a one-hour introductory session, which is included in your monthly membership. This introductory session covers the kettlebell swing and squat and kettlebell safety. You can reserve your spot by signing up here!
If you have experience with kettlebells and feel confident with your technique, you are welcome to join us for class. And you can try a class for free! Contact me and let me know when to expect you!
